Event Submission
EVENT SUBMISSION IS CLOSED FOR THIS YEAR.
Submit a game and/or event to our convention coordinators.
They are hard at work scheduling and trying to get in as many
games as possible into the 3 1/2 days of the con. Please fill
out all info, and if you're not sure of an answer, drop a note in
the comments.
Also, please make sure to read over the rules and
guidelines for Volunteers and GMs on the Volunteer
page.
Questions regarding events at ConQuest should be sent to

Please follow this link to submit an event. Email and personal
addresses will not be available publicly.
Please do not submit events to start before 9am on Friday, or
after 2pm on Sunday. Saturday between 11am - 6pm is the
heaviest attended portion of the show, so try and look for
another time to run your game to have the best chance of
getting the time you would like.
Thursday night is only for scheduled RPGA play and Open
Gaming. So please do not schedule any games for those time
periods.
